Lincoln Harper is a Research officer at the Centre for Crop and Disease Management (CCDM), Curtin University, Western Australia. Since 2013, Lincoln has been involved in investigating fungicide resistance in Botrytis cinerea, which is an economically important pathogen in horticultural crops. Lincoln has previously published reports on the discovery of a novel Botrytis species, and an Australian wide study on resistant B. cinerea from grapes. He has recently been involved in a master’s project which characterised resistance in Botrytis from small fruit, primarily from strawberries. Lincoln’s research is focused on providing ways to improve current fungicide resistance management strategies for B. cinerea.
