Dr Geoff Pegg is a forest pathologist and forest health team leader with Queensland Department of Agriculture and Fisheries. Dr Pegg has 20 years experience in forest health and biosecurity, with his research focussing on disease epidemiology and management. He has spent the last 5 years conducting research on myrtle rust and the impact on native Myrtaceae since its detection in Australia in 2010.
