- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
I completed my PhD in Plant Pathology at the University of Western. Following my PhD, I worked in Australia, Canada and India in plant pathology, plant breeding and biochemistry, leading various research projects. Subsequently, I worked as a Biosecurity Officer at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, where I managed biosecurity risks associated with seed and nursery stock importation. In my current role at Plant health Australia, I coordinate the development and progression of National Diagnostic and Surveillance Protocols through complex workflows. As the primary contact for protocol progression, I work closely with diagnosticians and surveillance practitioners across government, industry, and research organisations to ensure effective coordination and communication among a wide range of stakeholders, enabling timely delivery of the protocols.
